Turn on the music, imagine you're stepping inside a dome filled with cushions, crash mats, beans bags.. its scented with essential oils.. its dark with soft projections of nature. It's easy on your eyes and soft on your body.

It's a space for calm, for peace, for reflection, for breathing, for listening, for stopping, for preparing, for kindness, for you.
